Financial Planning and Documentation

For Nepali students, financial documentation must satisfy two authorities: the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) for the NOC, and the foreign embassy for the visa. We’ll assist you with showing proof of funds with proper guidance from representatives of Class A commercial banks. Alongside you’ll also get continuous support for the preparation of following essential supporting financial documents.

What's Included

1.

The No Objection Certificate (NOC) Process

In Nepal, you cannot exchange NPR for foreign currency or pay tuition fees without an official NOC. It acts as the legal "green light" for Nepali commercial banks to process your wire transfers. We assist you with application for NOC.

  • Mandatory Documents: Offer Letter, Academic Transcripts, Citizenship Certificate, and a processing fee of NPR 2,000.
2.

Proof of Income (Income Source)

Embassies require proof that your family has a stable, ongoing income to support you.

  • Salary Income: Salary certificates, payslips (6–12 months), and bank statements showing salary credits.
  • Business Income: Business registration/renewal certificates, PAN/VAT certificates, and the latest Audit Reports.
  • House Rent: Ownership deed (Lalpurja) of the rented property, Rent Agreement, and rent receipts or bank deposits.
  • Agriculture Income: Valuation from the local Ward Office/Municipality and letters confirming the sale of produce (e.g., Dairy/Farm receipts).
3.

Proof of Funds (Liquidity)

  • Bank Balance: Most countries require funds to be held in a "Class A" Commercial Bank (e.g., Nabil, Machhapuchhre, Himalayan, Nepal Investment Megha) for 3–6 months.
  • Education Loan: A common route for Nepali students. You must provide a Loan Sanction Letter and a Mortgage Deed showing the property used as collateral.
  • Fixed Deposits: Must be verifiable and, in some cases, held for a specific duration before the application.
4.
